In this laboratory, some physiological and pathological indicators of the circulatory and respiratory systems are measured. These are include measurement of arterial and venous blood pressure, heart rate, heart rate variability, RPP, ventricular pressure, cardiac contractility, ECG, cardiac arrhythmias, ambient carbon monoxide, pulmonary and renal hypertension indices, Cardiac hypertrophy and the area of cardiac muscle injury. Histological, biochemical and molecular studies of the circulatory and respiratory systems are performed with the help of other research departments of the university.
