This laboratory is designed and launched with the aim of conducting brain research. At present, according to the facilities available in this laboratory, the list of which is below, research activities related to brain injury are performed. In this regard, intracranial pressure (ICP) and perfusion pressure are measured as follows: After accessing the desired location by the stereotaxic device, ICP is recorded using the Power Lab system and lab chart software. Medium non-invasive arterial pressure is also recorded using the caudal cuff, NIBP device, power label, and Lab Chart software.

In addition to the above, using the equipment of other university research departments and the faculty, especially the neuroinflammation laboratory 1, brain edema and BBB destruction, are also measured.
