This laboratory is designed and operated for carrying out cellular and molecular research. At present, according to the facilities in the laboratory, where they are listed following, research activities related to Western Blot and ELISA are carried out as follows:

 - Homogenize various tissues by homogenizer device

 - Separating serum by centrifuge

 - Determining desired PH by PH meter

 - Centrifuging of various tissues to obtain supernatant using refrigerated centrifuge  

 - Measure protein expression by Western Blot system

 - Performing ELISA tests using ELISA reader
