The Pharmacology Laboratory is an educational and research laboratory that trains medical students how to work & manage with animals and also some pharmacology chapters in practice.
The research laboratory is equipped with pain set-ups that investigate the antinociceptive and analgesic effects of new substances in different types of pain such as acute and chronic; visceral and inflammatory pain. Also, using animal surgery set-up, changes in animal organs and tissues following the use of drugs are studied.
